Who is responsible

Information we receive
We process the contact and project information you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, destination country, pipeline specifications, application details, correspondence and any documents or photographs you send. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information.
Our website and submission service providers may also process technical information, including IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect their services. An email address is needed to reply; other enquiry details are optional at the first contact stage.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to discuss your application, assess flotation requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and maintain related business correspondence. For business contact data, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries and conducting business. Where you personally request steps towards a contract, processing may instead be necessary for those steps. Records required by law are processed to meet the relevant legal obligation.
We do not use the RFQ form to subscribe you to marketing. Flotation reviews are carried out by a person; the website does not make automated decisions about you.
Service providers and transfers
Email and hosting providers process data needed to deliver correspondence and the website. The intended production host is Cloudflare Pages. When online form submission is enabled, Formspree processes and stores the submitted fields and any enabled attachments, and routes the enquiry to Pipetechno.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Before enabling online submissions, we review the provider's data-processing terms and applicable transfer safeguards. You can request information about the safeguards in use by emailing us. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data while needed to assess and respond to your request and maintain any resulting business relationship. When a request has closed and no further follow-up is reasonably expected, records are reviewed for deletion. Information needed for contractual, accounting or legal obligations may be retained for the applicable period. You can contact us about the retention of your particular enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies and external resources
The website code does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from the website itself. Links to third-party websites are subject to those websites' own privacy practices.
